Como linked with Nottingham Forest striker Arnaud Kalimuendo

France forward Arnaud Kalimuendo has been linked with a move from Nottingham Forest to Serie A club Como.

Kalimuendo, 24, joined Forest from Rennes for €30m in August 2025 and remains under contract until June 2030. The centre-forward spent part of last season on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt before returning to Forest at the end of June.

He has made one Premier League appearance so far this season, playing one minute, and started Forest’s EFL Cup match, featuring for 60 minutes. He has yet to score or provide an assist in those appearances.

Kalimuendo’s current market value is listed at €25m, below the fee Forest paid for him last year. The reported link with Como comes as the Italian club considers a move for the France and Democratic Republic of Congo-qualified striker.

The forward began his senior career with Paris St-Germain before loan spells at Lens and a permanent move to Rennes in 2022. He won Ligue 1 and the French League Cup with PSG, and was part of the France side that finished runners-up at the 2024 Olympic Games.

Any move to Como would represent a return to Italy for Kalimuendo after his temporary spell in the Bundesliga. For now, he remains a Nottingham Forest player with four years left on his contract.
