France-born forward of Cameroonian descent, Hugo Ekitike, is set to stay at Eintracht Frankfurt for the next football season despite several interests from clubs.
According to sources, no club has made an official bid to the German Bundesliga club for the attacker.
This, from information gathered, is because of the high transfer fee placed on the striker.
Eintracht Frankfurt are open to selling the striker this summer and has placed a transfer fee of around 95 million euros on the player.
Although Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool are all interested in signing the 23-year-old striker, none of them has officially presented a bid to Frankfurt.
They believe the valuation of the attacker is too high and have, in the past few weeks, been looking at other alternatives on the transfer market.
With the interested clubs shying away, Hugo Ekitike is now likely to stay in Germany for the next football season.
Eintracht Frankfurt are happy to keep the striker for another season.
Last season, Hugo Ekitike was a star for the German club, scoring 19 goals after making 27 appearances in all competitions.
