Carabao Cup: Liverpool and Tottenham headline a heavyweight third-round draw

Liverpool have been drawn against Tottenham in the standout tie of the Carabao Cup third round, setting up an early meeting between two Premier League sides.

Tottenham secured their place in the draw with a 5-1 victory over Charlton on Wednesday, while Liverpool will now face them in one of the competition’s most anticipated fixtures.
