Confederation of African Football (CAF) secretary general Samson Adamu has arrived in Nairobi with a major delegation to assess Kenya’s progress on the sporting infrastructure required for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
The visit comes as Kenya steps up preparations to co-host the tournament with its East African neighbours. CAF officials will examine key construction and development projects during their stay, including Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, and Talanta Sports City.
The working visit is intended to assess whether the projects remain on schedule and meet the international standards required for the successful staging of the tournament in Kenya.
