Brad-Hamilton Mantsounga has reportedly decided to represent Gabon at international level, according to Le Journal du Football Gabonais.
The young defender, who was developed by OGC Nice and has represented Congo at youth level, is now said to be open to joining the Pantheres.
Mantsounga is familiar with the Diables Rouges setup, having played for Congo at the 2023 U17 Africa Cup of Nations. He has also been called up to the Congo under-20 team.
Born in France, Mantsounga has not yet played an official senior international match. He therefore remains eligible to change his sporting nationality, but his decision to switch allegiance to Gabon still requires official confirmation.
