Bournemouth hold firm on Eli Junior Kroupi despite elite interest

Bournemouth have made a clear statement: they will not sell star forward Eli Junior Kroupi this summer.

Despite intense interest from top European clubs like Liverpool, Arsenal, PSG, and Real Madrid, the Cherries’ management insists the player remains central to their future.

According to reports by Graeme Bailey, the club is not holding any talks about Kroupi’s departure and won’t consider offers arriving this season. The decision stems from a desire to give newly appointed head coach Marco Rose the strongest possible squad foundation. Bournemouth fears weakening their team by losing such a talented asset.

Kroupi, a product of Lorient’s academy, joined Bournemouth last year for €13 million. In his debut season, he scored 13 goals across 35 matches, earning a nomination for the Premier League’s Best Young Player award. His rapid rise has attracted global attention, yet Bournemouth remains committed to his long-term development.

With the club prioritizing stability and growth, Kroupi’s future looks secure at Bournemouth. The Cherries are betting on his potential to lead their attack in seasons ahead, dismissing all transfer rumors for now.
