Barcelona recall Eric Garcia and Andreas Christensen for Atletico Madrid clash

Barcelona have included Eric Garcia and Andreas Christensen in their squad for Sunday’s La Liga meeting with Atletico de Madrid after both defenders recovered from injury.

The leaders face Atletico in the 12th round of the Spanish top flight, with Hamza Abdelkarim retained in the squad.

Rodri is unavailable after his injury was confirmed to require up to three weeks of recovery.

Barcelona lead La Liga with 30 points, two ahead of Atletico, who have 28. Barcelona have won 10 of their 11 matches, with their only defeat coming against Real Madrid.

Atletico arrive on a run of seven consecutive league victories after losing to Athletic Club.
