Amin Bouzraa: German-Moroccan free agent linked with surprise move to Fortuna Dusseldorf

German-Moroccan winger Amin Bouzraa, currently without a club after leaving Wuppertaler SV, is being linked with a move to Fortuna Dusseldorf as the 3. Liga side weigh up attacking reinforcements. The 24-year-old right-sided forward is understood to be on Dusseldorf’s radar following a steady rise through the regional leagues and a recent increase in his valuation to around €50,000.

Bouzraa departed Wuppertaler SV at the start of July after a one-year spell, having previously joined them on a free transfer from Eintracht Hohkeppel. The potential switch to Dusseldorf would represent a significant step up, with the club preparing for a demanding 3. Liga campaign and exploring low-cost options in wide areas.

Born in Wermelskirchen and comfortable on either foot, Bouzraa has built his reputation across the Oberliga Niederrhein and Regionalliga West. He has made 71 appearances in the Oberliga Niederrhein, scoring 20 goals and providing 19 assists, form that has helped sustain his current market valuation.

Fortuna Dusseldorf are believed to see opportunity in Bouzraa’s free-agent status, with no transfer fee required and only personal terms and role within the squad to be discussed. No formal agreement is thought to be in place at this stage, but Bouzraa’s camp are expected to assess their options in the coming weeks as the winger searches for the next step in his career following his departure from Wuppertaler SV.
