ALAIN GIRESSE: A DRAW FOR HIS FIRST MATCH!
Alain Giresse, in his first match as the head coach of Senegal, had hoped for a victory but had to settle for a draw. Senegal drew against Guinea in Paris, with Fenerbahçe striker Moussa Sow opening the scoring in the 6th minute, and Sadio Diallo equalizing for Guinea in the 23rd minute. Giresse’s mission is to revitalize the Senegal team, which is currently facing challenges and played without Demba Ba, who was sidelined with a broken nose.
