The Mauritanian youth national team has completed its squad during its training camp in Algeria, with the inclusion of five professionals summoned by head coach Aritz López Garai to participate in the international tournament in Algeria.
In an official statement issued today, the Mauritanian Football Federation clarified that the five players joining the squad are Seydou Fall (Atletico Madrid – Spain), Said Amajane (Elite falcon – United Arab Emirates), Moussa Gassama (Ester – France), Siga Keita (Padova Calcio – Italy), and Haroun Ar-Rashid (Cornella – Spain).
The Mauritania U-20 team is set to kick off its campaign in the tournament hosted by Algeria with a match against Tunisia on Thursday, March 21st, instead of the initially scheduled date of March 22nd.
The match will take place at 10:00 PM local time at the Salem Mabrouki Stadium in Rouiba.
The tournament features four participating teams: Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, and Mauritania.
