This afternoon, Thursday, witnessed the technical meeting for the Zamalek and Al Ahly match, scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, in the Egypt Cup final at the Al Oula Park Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The technical meeting concluded with Zamalek opting for their traditional white kit – white shirts and shorts – while their goalkeeper will don yellow attire.
On the other side, Al Ahly will don their iconic red attire – red shirts and black shorts – with their goalkeeper sporting blue attire.
Representatives from Zamalek, including Amr Abu Al-Az, the administrative manager, Saad Abdeen, the team’s administrator, and Mustafa Hussein Mila, the mission coordinator, attended the technical meeting along with representatives from Al Ahly and the Egyptian and Saudi Football Federations.
It was confirmed that if the match ends in a draw after regular time, extra time of 30 minutes, divided into two halves, will be played.
If the deadlock persists, the match will proceed to a penalty shootout from the penalty spot.
Zamalek is set to face Al Ahly tomorrow, Friday, at 7:30 PM Cairo time (8:30 PM Saudi time) in the final of the Egypt Cup at Al Oula Park Stadium in Riyadh.
