The first football team delegation of Al Ahly Club responded to an invitation from the Egyptian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Farouk, on Wednesday evening.
This occurred on the sidelines of the team’s participation in the Egypt Cup final, held at the First Park Stadium in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
Welcoming the Egyptian Ambassador, the club’s delegation, led by Mohamed Al-Damati, the head of the mission, included council member Engineer Khaled Mortaji, treasurer Mahanad Majdi, council members Mohanad Al-Jarhi and Samir Adly, as well as the administrative manager.
During the meeting, Al-Damati presented the Ambassador with the club’s shield and flag as a token of appreciation for the efforts made by him and his embassy team in facilitating the delegation’s arrival at Riyadh Airport earlier in the day.
