Mehdi Benatia, the Wydad Casablanca goalkeeper, has been included in the ideal lineup for the sixth round of the group stage of the African Champions League.
The “Sofa Score” platform selected Wydad’s goalkeeper in the Team of the Week following his outstanding performance against Ivorian side ASEC Mimosas, where he managed to keep a clean sheet.
It’s worth mentioning that Wydad Casablanca concluded the group stage of the African Champions League in third place, thus exiting the competition prematurely.
