Mohamed Rashwan, the lawyer specialized in cassation and tasked with taking legal actions regarding the crisis involving “The International” and the Football Association, spoke about the coaching courses related to obtaining licenses.
Ahmed Hossam “Mido,” former star of the Egyptian national team, assigned Counselor Mohamed Rashwan, a cassation lawyer, to take legal actions concerning the recent crisis with the Football Association regarding the approval of licenses for coaches who participated in the fast track course organized by the association under the supervision of Dr. Jamal Mohamed Ali.
Mido launched a scathing attack on the Football Association earlier, affirming that the requirements for the position of the Football Association’s head coach did not apply to Alaa Nabil, similar to Jamal Mohamed Ali, who was nominated previously and rejected by the Confederation of African Football for not possessing the appropriate coaching license.
Counselor Mohamed Rashwan, the cassation lawyer responsible for taking legal actions regarding Mido’s crisis, said: “Every action has a reaction, and if the Football Association takes a formal step, we will respond.”
He added: “We are following the story closely. We will not formally file a complaint or seek legal action until Captain Jamal Allam officially responds.”
Regarding rumors suggesting that Jamal Allam will punish Mido through the disciplinary committee, Rashwan replied: “This is an undisciplined and illogical statement because Mido is not under the jurisdiction of the disciplinary committee. However, the matter will be addressed through media channels.”
It is worth noting that Ihab El-Komy, a member of the Football Association, advised Jamal Allam to take legal action against Ahmed Hossam Mido’s attack.
