Masar maintained their position at the top of the Professional League by beating El Dakhleya 3-1 in the eighth round.
The result took Masar to 19 points, one clear of second-placed Haras El Hodoud. El Dakhleya remain 11th with nine points.
Haras El Hodoud missed the chance to keep pace with the leaders after being held to a 1-1 draw by El Sekka El Hadid.
Ahmed Nayel put Haras El Hodoud ahead, but Gamal Magdy equalised for El Sekka El Hadid from the penalty spot in the 90th minute.
There was also a 1-1 draw between Al Nasr and Proxy. Islam El-Tetsh scored for Al Nasr before Mahmoud Hamouda levelled for Proxy.
Al Nasr moved on to 13 points in sixth place, while Proxy have four points and sit 18th.
Kahraba Ismailia were denied the opportunity to draw level with Masar after being held to a 2-2 draw by Tersana at Tersana’s ground.
Mahmoud Abdel-Aty scored twice to give Tersana control of the match, but Kahraba Ismailia fought back through Mohamed Medhat and Karim Ashraf.
Kahraba Ismailia are third with 17 points. Tersana climbed to 13 points in eighth, level with both Al Nasr and Pharco.
Dayrout recorded their first win of the round by beating Mega Sport 1-0, with Mohamed Ibrahim scoring the only goal.
The victory lifted Dayrout to five points and 17th place, while Mega Sport remain bottom with two points.
Five more matches are scheduled for Friday as the eighth round continues.
El Entag El Harby will play La Viena, while Ismaily face Tanta and Team FC take on Pharco.
The remaining fixtures will see Maleyet Kafr El Zayat meet Baladiyat El Mahalla, with Telecom Egypt facing El Mansoura.
