Vinicius Junior falls to 10th in Transfermarkt values as Diomande closes in

Vinicius Junior’s market value has fallen to 130m euros, leaving the Real Madrid forward facing the prospect of dropping out of the world’s top 10 most valuable players.

The latest update from Transfermarkt shows the Brazil international’s valuation decreasing from 140m euros to 130m euros. It is a significant decline from the peak of 200m euros he reached between 2024 and 2025.

Vinicius is now ranked 10th in the global list, with the drop coming during an unconvincing start to the season. His latest valuation also leaves him only 10m euros ahead of new Real Madrid team-mate Diomande, whose value has risen sharply since joining the club this summer.

The Ivorian’s valuation increased from 90m euros to 120m euros in the most recent update, putting him within touching distance of Vinicius. If the current trend continues, Diomande could overtake the Brazilian in a future revision.

Vinicius’ position has also weakened in comparison with the players at the top of the ranking. Lamine Yamal and Erling Haaland share first place, with both valued at 220m euros, while Kylian Mbappe is third on 200m euros.

Michael Olise is fourth with a market value of 180m euros. Jude Bellingham follows on 160m euros, while Pedri is valued at 150m euros.

Joao Neves, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Vitinha are each listed at 140m euros, placing them above Vinicius in the latest standings.

The Brazilian’s decline therefore represents more than a fall away from the leading positions. His 130m-euro valuation means he is also at risk of losing his place among the 10 most valuable players, with Diomande’s 30m-euro increase bringing the Real Madrid pair close together.

Vinicius had previously established himself among the most highly valued players in the world when his market worth reached 200m euros between 2024 and 2025. Since then, however, his valuation has moved downwards, with the latest reduction coinciding with his modest start to the current campaign.
