Ternana linked with Ravenna forward Abdel Zagre

Burkina Faso forward Abdel Zagre is the subject of reported interest from Ternana, with the 22-year-old currently at Ravenna and a possible move to the Serie D club being discussed.

Zagre plays as a centre-forward and has yet to make an appearance for Ravenna this season, after five Serie C matches and one Coppa Italia Serie C fixture. He has not started or featured in any of the club’s recorded games during the 2026-27 campaign.

The player joined Ravenna in January 2025 and was part of the squad that won the Coppa Italia Serie D that season. He later spent part of the 2025-26 campaign on loan at Forli, moving there in January before returning to Ravenna at the end of June.

A transfer to Ternana would represent a move from Serie C’s Girone B to Serie D’s Girone E. Zagre’s current market value is listed at €100,000, while his previous high was €200,000.

He began his senior career with FC Sion after leaving ASF Bobo in 2022, and was part of the Swiss second-tier championship-winning side in the 2023-24 season before moving to Sakaryaspor. He subsequently became a free agent before joining Ravenna.

Zagre remains under contract with Ravenna until 30 June 2027, meaning any move to Ternana would need to be agreed before his existing deal expires.
