Youssoupha Sanyang linked with Univ. Craiova move from Slavia Prague

Youssoupha Sanyang, the 21-year-old Gambian-Senegalese left winger at Slavia Prague, has been linked with a move to Romanian club Univ. Craiova.

The reported transfer would see Sanyang leave the Czech Republic’s Chance Liga for Romania’s SuperLiga. The rumour emerged on 8 September 2026, but the move has not been confirmed by either club.

Sanyang is currently under contract with Slavia Prague until 30 June 2027. His reported market value is €2.7m, a figure that provides an indication of his standing as Craiova consider a potential deal for the wide player.

The winger’s age and contract length could be relevant to any discussions between the clubs, with Slavia retaining him for another season beyond the current campaign. However, there is no reported transfer fee or agreement attached to the link with Craiova.
