Bayern Munich set to sell teenage winger Wisdom Mike

Wisdom Mike is on the verge of leaving Bayern Munich in a surprise permanent transfer to Club Brugge.

The 17-year-old winger is already in Belgium, where he has reportedly completed his medical examination ahead of signing his new contract.

The move marks an unexpected change in direction for a player whose future had recently been linked with a possible loan. Instead, Bayern have agreed to sell Mike as Club Brugge prepare to introduce him directly into their first-team squad.

Reports indicate that Bayern will receive approximately €5 million for the teenager. The German champions have also protected their long-term interests by negotiating a sell-on clause and additional performance-related bonuses, according to Sky.

For Mike, the transfer offers an opportunity to continue his development in a competitive environment while gaining senior football experience earlier in his career. Club Brugge, who participate in the Champions League, believe the young winger can contribute at the highest level and grow into an important attacking player.

The Belgian club are reportedly preparing a contract that will keep Mike in Bruges until 2029. Although Bayern will lose a highly rated prospect, the agreement provides immediate income and the chance to benefit from any future transfer.

The deal is expected to be completed once the final formalities are concluded.
