Ibrahim Mbaye deal stalls as Liverpool reject Paris Saint-Germain’s €70m valuation

Liverpool have reached a full agreement with Ibrahim Mbaye over a proposed move, but the transfer is currently blocked by Paris Saint-Germain’s demand for a €70m fee for the 18-year-old forward.
