Binjamin Doto: Togo left-back joins Murcia Imperial from Murcia Prom U19

Togo left-back Binjamin Doto has joined Murcia Imperial from Murcia Prom U19, making the move to the Spanish club at the age of 19.

Doto, who was born on 1 January 2007, switches to Murcia Imperial on 21 August 2026 after featuring in the club’s youth set-up. He plays primarily as a left-back and will now be part of the squad competing in Segunda Federacion Group III.

The move takes Doto from Murcia Prom U19 into the wider Murcia Imperial structure, giving the defender a new step in his football career. His arrival adds a player with a specialist role on the left side of defence to the club’s group for the 2026-27 season.

Doto is the latest young player to progress from Murcia’s development system into the Imperial set-up. The transfer also keeps the Togolese defender within the same Spanish football environment while placing him in a side competing at a higher level than the youth league attached to his previous club.

The 19-year-old holds Togo nationality and is listed as a defender, with left-back as his main position. His new contract with Murcia Imperial runs until 30 June 2029, giving the club a long-term agreement with the player.

Murcia Imperial compete in Segunda Federacion Group III, and Doto’s registration comes at the start of the 2026-27 campaign. The move was recorded on 21 August, with the defender leaving Murcia Prom U19 for the Imperial side.

Doto now begins his spell at Murcia Imperial under a contract that keeps him at the club through June 2029.
