Fasil Gebremichael attracts Wolwalo Adigrat interest in Ethiopian Premier League

Ethiopian goalkeeper Fasil Gebremichael has been linked with a move from Insurance Corp. to Wolwalo Adigrat, with both clubs competing in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old is currently registered with Insurance Corp., where he has played since joining from Fasil Kenema on 1 July 2025. The reported interest comes as Wolwalo Adigrat assess their goalkeeping options ahead of the new campaign.

Gebremichael began his senior club career with Sebeta before moving to Bahirdar Ketema in 2020. He subsequently played for Kidus Giorgis, Midre Genet and Fasil Kenema, joining each club before his switch to Insurance Corp.

His move to Fasil Kenema in February 2025 was completed as a free transfer, before he left the club for Insurance Corp. later that year. Gebremichael’s current market value is listed at €50,000.

No transfer fee or agreement has been reported in connection with the latest rumour, and the goalkeeper remains an Insurance Corp. player. There is also no indication that a deal has been completed, leaving the possible move to Wolwalo Adigrat at the speculation stage.
