Ivan Cedric joins Alanyaspor in €1.1m move from Van Spor FK
Cameroon-Spain forward Ivan Cedric has joined Alanyaspor from Van Spor FK for €1.1m, completing a move to the Turkish Super Lig club.
The 24-year-old centre-forward has signed a contract running until 30 June 2030, linking him with Alanyaspor for the next four seasons.
Cedric moves after a short spell with Van Spor, having joined the 1. Lig side from UD Las Palmas on 1 July 2026 in a €620,000 transfer. He made the switch to Alanyaspor less than two months later, with the deal completed on 21 August.
Born in Madrid, Cedric holds Cameroon and Spain nationalities. He stands 1.87m tall and is predominantly right-footed.
The striker developed in Spain, beginning his senior career with AD Alcorcon after progressing through Alcorcon’s under-19 and reserve sides. He later spent time with Valladolid Promesas before moving to Las Palmas on a free transfer in July 2024.
Cedric also had a loan spell at Barca Atletic during the 2024-25 season. He returned to Las Palmas at the end of that campaign before joining Van Spor, initially on loan in August 2025. That temporary move ended on 30 June 2026, when Las Palmas completed the player’s transfer to Van Spor.
His arrival at Alanyaspor comes at the start of the 2026-27 campaign. The club have begun their league schedule in the Super Lig, while Cedric’s most recent recorded competitive involvement came during his time at Van Spor in the 1. Lig.
Cedric’s market value is listed at €1m, placing the reported transfer fee slightly above that figure. His move also represents a step up from Turkey’s second tier to the country’s top division after his brief period with Van Spor.
Alanyaspor have now secured the services of the Cameroon-Spain striker on a contract that runs through June 2030, with the club paying €1.1m to bring him from Van Spor FK.
