Esperance linked with Dinamo Makhachkala striker Hazem Mastouri

Tunisian striker Hazem Mastouri is being linked with a move from Dinamo Makhachkala to Esperance, with the Ligue 1 club considering a deal for the 29-year-old.

Mastouri remains under contract with the Russian Premier Liga side until 30 June 2028. His current market value is listed at €900,000, having risen from €650,000 when Dinamo Makhachkala signed him from US Monastir in August 2025 for €350,000.

The centre-forward has made one appearance for Dinamo this season, starting in the Russian Cup and playing 73 per cent of the match. He has yet to feature in the Premier Liga campaign.

Mastouri has also appeared once for Tunisia at the 2026 World Cup, scoring one goal. The tournament involvement comes after a first season in Russia in which he joined from US Monastir, where he had spent the previous campaign following a free transfer from Iraqi club Al-Najaf FC.

A return to Tunisia would represent a new move for Mastouri after spells across three countries. Before leaving Tunisia, he played for ES Metlaoui and LPS Tozeur, having begun his senior career with AS Degache.

Esperance are the club currently linked with the forward, but the proposed move has not been confirmed and Mastouri remains a Dinamo Makhachkala player.
