Khemisset secure Moroccan goalkeeper Imad Akki on free transfer
Moroccan goalkeeper Imad Akki has joined Khemisset from JS Massira on a free transfer, becoming the club’s latest addition after completing his move on 18 August 2026.
The 27-year-old has signed a contract with Khemisset that runs until 30 June 2028. Akki’s arrival gives the Moroccan club an experienced goalkeeper for the next two seasons, with the agreement establishing his future at Khemisset beyond the current campaign.
Akki was born in Khenifra on 1 January 1999 and holds Moroccan nationality. He plays as a goalkeeper and is right-footed.
His switch to Khemisset brings an end to his time with JS Massira. The move was completed without a transfer fee, with Akki joining his new club as a free agent.
Khemisset will now be Akki’s club, following the completion of the deal and the signing of his two-year contract. The transfer was recorded on 18 August, the same date on which he joined the club.
Akki’s arrival is a direct change in club career for the goalkeeper, who moves from JS Massira to Khemisset in a deal that keeps him in Morocco. His position and nationality make the move a domestic transfer between two Moroccan clubs.
The agreement places Akki under contract at Khemisset until the end of June 2028, providing a defined term for his spell with the club. No transfer payment was required for the move from JS Massira.
Khemisset have therefore completed the signing of the 27-year-old goalkeeper, with Akki now officially a player of the club.
