Galatasaray linked with €15m-rated Levante striker Karl Etta Eyong
Cameroon forward Karl Etta Eyong is being linked with a move from Levante to Galatasaray, with the Turkish club reportedly interested in the 22-year-old centre-forward.
Eyong joined Levante from Villarreal on 1 September 2025 in a deal worth €3m and remains under contract with the La Liga club until 30 June 2029. His current market value is listed at €15m.
The striker has made one appearance for Levante in the 2026-27 La Liga season, playing 50 minutes without scoring or registering an assist. He did not start that match.
Eyong moved to Villarreal from Cadiz B in July 2025 after spending the previous season with Villarreal CF B. He began his senior career with Cadiz’s development sides after joining the club’s under-19 team in January 2022.
A transfer to Galatasaray would take Eyong from Spain’s top flight to the Turkish Super Lig, but there is no indication that an agreement has been reached or that formal terms have been concluded. Levante’s long-term contract position gives the Spanish club control over the forward’s immediate future.
Eyong was born in Douala and represents Cameroon by nationality. As of 18 August 2026, the reported interest remains at the rumour stage, with the player still a Levante footballer.
