Al Ahly consider El Mokawloon midfielder Mohamed Abdelnasser

Egyptian attacking midfielder Mohamed Abdelnasser is linked with a move from El Mokawloon to Al Ahly, with both clubs competing in Egypt’s Premier League.

The 19-year-old has emerged as a transfer subject after making 20 Premier League appearances for El Mokawloon. He has also featured 10 times in the relegation play-off, scoring twice and providing two assists.

Abdelnasser joined El Mokawloon’s senior side from Mokawloon U23 in January 2024. His involvement has since extended beyond league football, with appearances in both the Egyptian League Cup and Egypt Cup.

The potential move would keep Abdelnasser in Egypt’s top flight and place him at one of the country’s most prominent clubs. No transfer fee has been reported, and there is no indication that an agreement has been reached between Al Ahly and El Mokawloon.

Abdelnasser was born on 9 September 2006 and is right-footed. He currently operates in the attacking midfield position for El Mokawloon, who remain his club while the reported interest from Al Ahly develops.
