Burkina Faso striker Zognouma Aboubacar Ilboudo has joined Italian club Chisola from AS Police, completing a move into Serie D football.

The 18-year-old has signed a contract with Chisola running until 30 June 2027. He will continue his career in Italy with the club competing in Serie D – A, after leaving AS Police in his home country.

Ilboudo’s move was completed on 14 August 2026, with Chisola confirming the arrival ahead of the 2026-27 season. The transfer takes the Burkina Faso international-club-listed forward from AS Police to a side based in Italy.

Ilboudo plays as a striker and was born on 18 December 2007. His arrival gives Chisola a Burkina Faso forward for their attacking options as they begin the new campaign.

AS Police are listed as the player’s previous club, while Chisola becomes his current team following the switch. The move is recorded as part of the 2026-27 transfer activity, with Ilboudo’s agreement set to remain in place for the next two seasons.

Chisola compete in Serie D – A, an Italian league competition, and Ilboudo will now continue his development within the country’s football structure. His contract provides a clear period of employment at the club through the end of June 2027.

The transfer also represents a change of footballing environment for the 18-year-old, who moves from Burkina Faso to Italy. Ilboudo’s nationality and position distinguish him within Chisola’s squad as the club adds a forward to its group for the season ahead.

His arrival was completed one day before the record was updated on 15 August, confirming that the move had gone through. Chisola now hold the registration of the Burkina Faso striker until 30 June 2027.

Zognouma Aboubacar Ilboudo has therefore left AS Police and signed for Chisola, where he is contracted until the end of the 2026-27 season.
