FCSB linked with La Louviere midfielder Sami Lahssaini in potential SuperLiga move
Sami Lahssaini, the Belgian-Moroccan midfielder at La Louviere, has been linked with a move to Romanian club FCSB.
The 27-year-old plays in central midfield and remains under contract with La Louviere until 30 June 2027. His current market value is listed at €700,000, a figure that could provide an indication of his valuation should the rumour develop into formal negotiations.
Lahssaini joined La Louviere permanently from FC Metz on 1 July 2024 after returning to the Belgian club from a loan spell in France. The transfer was completed as a free move, following his temporary switch to Metz earlier in 2024.
He began his senior career with RFC Seraing and spent further periods on loan there from Metz before moving to La Louviere. He has since established himself at the Belgian club, which competes in the Jupiler Pro League.
FCSB, who play in Romania’s SuperLiga, have emerged as the club linked with Lahssaini, although the available information does not indicate that an agreement has been reached or that a transfer fee has been negotiated. The midfielder’s contract situation means La Louviere would not be facing an imminent free departure, with more than one year remaining on his deal.
