Mohamed Salah set for royal-style life in Trabzon with 975 sq m family villa

Mohamed Salah is set to live in a substantial villa in Trabzon after joining Trabzonspor, with Turkish media reporting that the Egypt forward has chosen a property in the Yalıncak district as his home during his new spell in Turkey.

The villa, which has a total plot area of about 975 square metres, includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and cinema room. It is also equipped with an advanced smart-home system designed to control several parts of the property.

According to Turkish website Haberler, Salah was impressed by the house after initially staying in a royal suite at a hotel during the first days following his arrival in Trabzon. He has now settled on the villa as his permanent base and is expected to be joined there by his family in the coming period.

The property is spread across several floors and contains a wide range of rooms and facilities.

The ground floor covers 120 square metres and includes a kitchen, living room, guest room and bathroom. It also has a 45-square-metre balcony.

The first floor has the same overall area and contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also features a master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room, as well as a laundry room.

A 230-square-metre garden level provides the main leisure facilities. Among them are an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and winter garden.

That floor also includes a work room, lounge and kitchen, together with a pantry, storage area and technical room.

Entertainment facilities continue on the rooftop level, which measures 35 square metres and contains a cinema room and additional storage space.

Outside, the villa has a 270-square-metre front garden, while the lower garden covers 485 square metres.

The outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool, a fire-pit area, a separate garden kitchen and a shower area. There is also a hobby garden and a dedicated space for children’s games.

The house’s technology includes a smart system for controlling different areas of the property, a speaker system and security cameras. It also has central control technology, natural-gas heating, a boiler and underfloor heating.

The arrangements mean Salah will have a high level of privacy and comfort while beginning his new experience with Trabzonspor. His family are expected to move to Trabzon and join him at the property in the coming weeks.

The reports provide details of the home selected by the Egypt international after his brief stay in hotel accommodation. Having chosen a villa with extensive indoor and outdoor facilities, Salah will now be able to combine his football career in Turkey with a highly private family base away from the pitch.
