Aston Villa confirm date for Visit Rwanda branding on 2026/27 shirts
Aston Villa have confirmed that the Visit Rwanda logo will officially appear on their 2026/27 adidas shirts from Friday, August 7, ending the period in which supporters could only purchase sponsor-free versions of the new kits.
The club announced that all home, away, third and goalkeeper shirts for the upcoming season will feature the tourism brand on the front as part of their newly announced partnership with Visit Rwanda.
The agreement, which was unveiled in July, will see Visit Rwanda become the front-of-shirt sponsor for Villa throughout the 2026/27 campaign.
Sponsor-free shirts to receive free upgrade
Supporters who have already bought the new home shirt without the Visit Rwanda branding will be able to have the logo applied free of charge from Friday.
The move ensures early buyers can update their shirts to reflect the final official design ahead of the new season.
Adult shirts will also include Betano branding on the sleeve after Aston Villa extended their partnership with Kaizen Gaming, with the company remaining the club’s official sleeve partner.
Villa prepare full kit rollout
The club’s away and third shirts have not yet been released but are expected to be unveiled soon.
The away kit will feature a light blue design, while the third shirt will come in black with blue and yellow accents.
Once released, the complete 2026/27 collection will be available at Villa’s official stores, including Villa Park and The Bullring.
The Villa Park store will open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays, while the Bullring outlet will operate from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.
The August 7 launch date will mark the first time Aston Villa supporters can officially purchase the club’s new shirts with the full sponsor branding ahead of the new campaign.
