Tshegofatso Mabasa: South Africa forward linked with MAS Fes move
South African centre-forward Tshegofatso Mabasa, currently without a club, has been linked with a move to Moroccan side MAS Fes.
The 29-year-old is being mentioned in connection with a switch to the Botola Pro Inwi, Morocco’s top flight, with the proposed destination listed as MAS Fes. The rumour emerged on 2 August 2026 and has not been confirmed as a completed transfer.
Mabasa’s listed market value is €1.3m, although no transfer fee or contract terms have been reported as part of the link. His current unattached status would allow him to consider offers from clubs seeking a centre-forward, but there is no indication of an agreement between the player and MAS Fes.
The striker has been associated with South Africa during his career and remains registered as a forward rather than in a wider attacking role. His potential move would represent a change of footballing environment, with MAS Fes competing in Morocco’s Botola Pro Inwi.
For now, Mabasa remains without a club, while MAS Fes is the latest side linked with the 29-year-old.
