Morocco attacking midfielder Omar Hmamouch has joined Difaa El Jadida from Wydad Fes, completing a move to the Botola Pro Inwi club on 1 August 2026.
The 24-year-old has moved after spending the previous part of his career with Wydad Fes, whom he joined in July 2024. Hmamouch’s arrival gives Difaa El Jadida a left-footed midfielder who operates in an advanced role.
Hmamouch has recorded seven appearances in the Excellence Cup, scoring twice across 331 minutes. His goals have come at an average of one every 166 minutes in the competition.
Born on 1 October 2001, Hmamouch is Moroccan and stands 1.78m tall. His preferred position is attacking midfield, placing him in the central creative area of Difaa El Jadida’s squad.
The move takes Hmamouch into a new chapter with a club competing in Morocco’s Botola Pro Inwi. Difaa El Jadida becomes his second recorded club, following his spell with Wydad Fes.
His transfer was completed at the beginning of August, with the midfielder now registered as a Difaa El Jadida player. The club’s record of the deal does not include a transfer fee.
Hmamouch has signed a contract with Difaa El Jadida that runs until 30 June 2029.
