Mohamed Mizzian: Morocco-born forward joins Marbella on free transfer from UCAM Murcia

Morocco and Spain-qualified striker Mohamed Mizzian has joined Marbella on a free transfer from UCAM Murcia in an all-Segunda Federacion move. The 26-year-old centre-forward switches from Group III to Group IV of Spain’s fourth tier as he looks to establish himself in a new attacking set-up on the Costa del Sol.

Mizzian arrives at Marbella after his stint with UCAM Murcia, where he operated as a central striker in Segunda Federacion – Group III. His move is a permanent deal, completed without a transfer fee, giving Marbella added flexibility as they reshape their squad for the coming campaign.

The forward’s current market value is rated at around €150,000, underlining the scale of the opportunity for Marbella in securing him without a fee. His ability to lead the line through the middle is expected to add depth and competition in the central attacking role in Group IV.

Born in 1999 and eligible for both Morocco and Spain, Mizzian brings experience of the Spanish lower leagues and familiarity with the demands of the Segunda Federacion structure. The transfer also keeps him in a division he already knows, easing his adaptation to the new club.

With the move completed on 28 July 2026, Mizzian is now set to begin the next chapter of his career in Marbella colours after leaving UCAM Murcia as a free agent.
