Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Marseille striker linked with move to Corum FK in Turkey
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the Gabon and France forward currently at Marseille, has been linked with a move to Turkish Super Lig side Corum FK.
The 37-year-old centre-forward, who wears number 17 and is valued at 2.5m, returned to Marseille in July 2025 after a season with Saudi Arabian club Al-Qadsiah FC and is now the subject of fresh interest as the Turkish club assess attacking options.
Aubameyangs potential switch would add another major European league to a career that has already taken in Ligue 1, the Bundesliga, La Liga and the Premier League, with previous spells at Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea.
The right-footed striker, standing at 1.87m, has seen his market value naturally decline from a peak during his Dortmund and Arsenal years to its current level at Marseille, but his profile and experience continue to make him a notable option for clubs outside Europes elite.
Aubameyang, born in Laval in 1989 and holding both Gabonese and French nationality, has been a prominent attacking figure across his time in France, Germany, England and Spain, and a move to Corum FK would represent his first spell in Turkish football.
No agreement has been reached between Marseille and Corum FK and the transfer remains at the rumour stage, with the forward still on the books of the Ligue 1 club.
