Rayyan, with a deft touch, placed the ball to the left of Smouha’s goalkeeper, Hani Soliman, opening the scoring for Ceramica.
In the 30th minute of the first half, Qandousi delivered a precise cross from a corner kick on the right.
Sherif Reda’s mishandling of the ball resulted in an own goal, marking Ceramica’s second and strengthening their lead.
Ceramica came close to scoring a third goal with a remarkable header from Mohamed Touny, but the post denied the attempt.
However, the match referee disallowed a goal from Ahmed Belhaj of Ceramica due to an offside infringement, maintaining the final score at 2-0 in favor of Ceramica Cleopatra.
