German reports have unveiled Tottenham Hotspur’s interest in securing the services of Omar Marmoush, the national team player and Eintracht Frankfurt forward, in the upcoming summer transfer window.
German newspaper Bild stated, “Tottenham is interested in signing Omar Marmoush during the next summer transfer window.”
The newspaper continued, “Eintracht Frankfurt values Marmoush at around €30 million and will not consider parting ways with him for an amount less than that.”
The German club announced through its official website that Marmoush has been granted permission to miss training after his return from Cote d’Ivoire with the Egyptian national team.
The club emphasized that Marmoush is currently recovering from a cold and has requested to stay in Egypt before returning to rejoin his team.
Eintracht Frankfurt is gearing up to face Cologne next Saturday in the 20th round of the German league.
Marmoush has featured in 25 matches across all competitions this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 3 assists.
The Egyptian forward also represented Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring a goal against Ghana before the national team exited the continental tournament in the round of 16 against the Democratic Republic of Congo.
