Bukayo Saka hits 49 Premier League assists for Arsenal

Bukayo Saka has reached 49 Premier League assists for Arsenal after setting up Viktor Gyokeres’ ninth‑minute opener against Fulham.

That latest contribution nudges him above Harry Kane in the competition’s all‑time assist charts and lifts him alongside Mikel Arteta and Sergio Aguero, with only Jamie Vardy ahead within that small group of names.

At just 24 and already on 224 Premier League appearances, Saka now sits 59th in the league’s overall assist rankings, underlining how productive he has been at a young age. The winger has spent his entire professional career with Arsenal, winning one FA Cup and two Community Shields, and being voted the club’s Player of the Season in both 2020–21 and 2021–22.

Saka also hit another major landmark in February 2024, when his brace in a 6–0 win over West Ham United took him to 50 Premier League goals for the Gunners. That achievement made him the youngest player in Arsenal’s history to reach the half‑century mark in the competition, reinforcing his status as the face of the club’s current era.
