Watford slaps £15m price tag on Moroccan midfielder Imrân Louza
Moroccan midfielder Imrân Louza could be set for a major summer transfer decision after his club, Watford FC, reportedly placed a £15 million valuation on the midfielder.
According to reports, the high asking price has already forced Premier League sides Everton FC and Fulham FC to step back from negotiations.
The situation has now opened the door for Saudi Pro League interest, with Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadsiah FC emerging as leading contenders, reportedly ready to meet Watford’s valuation.
Despite the growing interest from outside Europe, Louza is believed to prefer remaining in Europe and continuing his career in the English Premier League.
The Moroccan midfielder has enjoyed an impressive season, registering seven goals and nine assists in 37 appearances for Watford.
His current contract runs until the summer of 2028, giving Watford strong control over his future as the transfer battle intensifies.
Meanwhile, checks have revealed that the midfielder is being closely monitored by Morocco national team head coach Mohamed Ouahbi.
With a strong end to the 2025/26 football season, he could earn a place in the Atlas Lions squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
