PUMA drops Ghana’s 2026 World Cup kits in star-studded Brooklyn event
PUMA has unveiled the new Ghana Black Stars home and away kits for the 2026 FIFA World Cup during a high-profile street festival in Brooklyn, New York, on March 19, 2026.
Designed under the creative direction of renowned Ghanaian artist Prince Gyasi, the collection merges high-performance sportswear with deep-rooted cultural aesthetics.
The home jersey features a striking white and gold-yellow palette accented with intricate Adinkra symbols, while the away kit offers a versatile, lifestyle-inspired silhouette.
The launch event captured the spirit of Ghanaian “street style,” featuring a headline performance by music star Black Sherif and appearance by football legend Asamoah Gyan.
Drawing inspiration from the traditional game of “Counters Ball,” the kits utilize PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric and dryCELL technology to ensure peak performance in the North American climate.
