The sixth and final matchday of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage kicks off this weekend, with several clubs still fighting for a place in the quarter-finals.
Matches begin on Saturday, February 14, 2026, and the outcomes will determine which teams advance to the knockout phase of Africa’s secondary continental competition.
In Group A, qualification is largely settled, but Group C remains tense at the top. Leaders CR Belouizdad, sitting on 12 points, will host AS Otôho d’Oyo, who are three points behind.
A poor result for Belouizdad could threaten their top spot, adding pressure ahead of the decisive encounter.
Group B also presents a dramatic scenario. Wydad AC, leading with 12 points, hosts Azam FC, who have nine points and remain in contention.
AS Maniema Union, also on nine points, will monitor the result closely, knowing that Wydad’s performance could determine their own qualification chances.
The spotlight, however, falls on Group D, where three clubs are competing for two quarter-final places. Al Masry SC sit on seven points, Zamalek SC on eight, and Kaizer Chiefs lead with ten.
Al Masry must defeat ZESCO United while hoping for a slip-up by one of their rivals. Meanwhile, the clash between Kaizer Chiefs and Zamalek promises to be a tense encounter where every goal could determine the final standings.
Other notable matches include USM Alger vs OC Safi, Djoliba AC vs San Pedro FC, and Stellenbosch FC vs Singida Black Stars, all of which could influence final group positions.
