Turkish side Fenerbahce have reportedly made inquiries to Borussia Dortmund regarding the potential signing of Guinean forward Serhou Guirassy.
Guirassy, who has faced criticism this season for a drop in goal output compared to last year, scored twice in Dortmund’s recent 3-2 win over Heidenheim, though he notably missed a penalty in the 85th minute.
According to Turkish journalist Sercan Hamzaoglu, Fenerbahce have reached out to Dortmund to explore a transfer, with terms reportedly under review.
Any move for the Guinean striker, however, is expected to depend on the departure of current Fenerbahce forward Youssef En-Nesyri.
Questions remain over the feasibility of such a deal, as Guirassy remains a regular starter for Dortmund.
The club is unlikely to sell at this stage, given the lack of time to secure an adequate replacement, with Borussia Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl confirming that no further transfers are planned in the current window.
