Zamalek Club has confirmed that the Supreme Public Funds Committee has begun reviewing financial and administrative records from before the current board assumed office in October 2023.
An official source at the club stated that the committee started its work on-site today, with a dedicated space provided within the club to facilitate its operations.
The files under review cover the period preceding the election of the current board and will undergo detailed examination as part of the committee’s mandate.
The source emphasized that Zamalek’s administration is fully cooperating with the committee, supplying all requested documents and data promptly.
He added that this collaboration reflects the club’s commitment to safeguarding public funds, adhering to existing laws, and maintaining transparency and accountability in its operations.
