Sporting Director of Hungarian outfit, Pal Daradi, has hailed the qualities of forward Necs Gradiscar after securing his signature from Al Ahly in the current transfer window.
The 23-year-old attacker joins Újpest FC for six months with an option to buy at the end of his loan spell. Gradisar had left to join his new team after both parties agreed on all administrative procedures.
Gradiscar, who has three appearances for the Slovenian national team had played for a Hungarian club, Fehervar between 2024 and 2025, before joining Al-Ahly on a four-and-a-half-year contract.
His is not new to the Hungarian and is expected to play a huge role for his new outfit in the ongoing campaign.
“We have succeeded in bringing in a brilliant striker with our signing of Gradiscar. He is tall, as well as a powerful attacker, and gives us the style of play we need in the penalty area. He also has a good understanding of the atmosphere here.”
The Slovenian attacker made 40 appearances for Al Ahly, scoring 11 goals and making 5 assists with the Red Devils.
