Senegalese striker Alioune Badou Ndour has signed with FC Ararat-Armenia, marking the next chapter in his professional career after four seasons in Belgium.
The 28-year-old has committed to the Armenian First Division club until June 2028, aiming to play a leading role in their attack.
Ndour, born in Dakar on 21 October 1997, moved to Europe early in his career, featuring for FK Haugesund in Norway before joining SV Zulte Waregem in the summer of 2022.
Over four seasons in Belgium, he made 51 league appearances, scoring 10 goals, and added 2 goals in 7 cup matches, bringing his total to 12 goals in 58 appearances.
His time in the Jupiler Pro League helped him refine his tactical awareness and versatility, performing both as a central striker and in a more mobile forward role.
The move to Armenia represents a strategic step for Ndour.
FC Ararat-Armenia offers him the opportunity to assume greater responsibility in attack, while also providing contractual stability through 2028.
