Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi is being linked with a high-profile move to Real Madrid, with the Spanish giants reportedly monitoring the 18-year-old’s rapid rise in Ligue 1.

The central midfielder, valued at €40.00m on Transfermarkt, is rumoured to be on Real Madrid’s radar as they continue to target some of Europe’s most highly rated youngsters. The speculation, logged on 21 December 2025, lists the probability of a move as unclear (“?”), underlining that discussions – if any – remain at an early and uncertain stage rather than an imminent transfer.

Bouaddi is currently on the books at Lille, where he wears the number 32 shirt. His contract details and expiry date are not publicly specified, leaving open the possibility that he could move in future windows or even run down his deal and become a free agent, a scenario that would only intensify interest from major clubs.

Born on 2 October 2007 in Senlis, the 1.86m right-footed midfielder holds both French and Moroccan nationality. He has come through the Lille system, progressing from LOSC Lille Youth to the U17s, then the U19s, before stepping up to the senior side in 2023. All of his club football to date has been in France, primarily in the Lille set-up competing within the Ligue 1 structure.

His market value has climbed sharply in the last two years, rising from €5m in December 2023 to €40m by mid-December 2025, reflecting how highly he is regarded at just 18. While the latest rumour does not detail specific matches or standout individual performances, such rapid valuation growth suggests consistent development and growing influence in midfield.

If Real Madrid do move decisively, a transfer to LaLiga would mark a major turning point in Bouaddi’s career, potentially accelerating his reputation on the European stage and shaping his trajectory for club and country alike.
