Manchester United considering move for German-Nigeria forward Karim Adeyemi

Manchester United are considering a move for Germany international of Nigerian descent Karim Adeyemi amid reports of a fallout with Dortmund head coach Niko Kovac.

The 23-year-old enterprising winger’s current contract with the German giants runs until June 2027. However, the Premier League giants are reportedly ready to activate Adeyemi’s £70 million release clause to secure his signature.

After almost three-year spell, the German-Nigerian attacker could depart Dortmund for a new challenge after a fallout with Niko Kovac.

Manchester United, who are keen on strengthening their squad are expected to go all out to secure the services of Adeyemi from Dortmund.

This season, the German winger has made fourteen appearances for Dortmund, notching three goals and three assists.

Adeyemi joined Dortmund in summer 2022 and has since established himself as a key member of the team, scoring 29 goals and delivering 22 assists in 121 appearances for the German outfit.
