Lamine Yamal moves into ex-Pique and Shakira mansion

Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has closed the purchase of Gerard Pique and Shakira’s former mansion for €14 million in the exclusive Ciutat Diagonal area to settle with his Argentine singer girlfriend, Nikki.

The house has been empty since Pique and the international pop star ended their relationship, and Shakira moved to Miami in 2022.

The estate comprises two adjoining residences: one spans 869 square meters, while the other is 371 square meters, which was the Pique family home for over a decade. According to Sport, Yamal, now 18, will live in the main residence with Nikki, and the second property will be for a friend and cousin.

With a total area of about 4,000 square meters, the mansion features modern architecture, large windows, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, library, and a recording studio previously used by Shakira, likely useful for Nikki. Yamal plans several upgrades for comfort and security, including a gym, physiotherapy room, advanced security system, and football and tennis courts.

Neighbors in the area are buzzing about the football star’s arrival, while some fans hope this new home provides Yamal with both stability and inspiration for future achievements.
