The Confederation of African Football (CAF), in collaboration with the Local Organising Committee (LOC), has announced the launch of its official hospitality packages and the second phase of ticket sales for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), beginning Saturday, October 25.

The first round of ticket sales generated unprecedented global demand, with matches involving hosts Morocco selling out within the first hour.

More than 250,000 tickets were snapped up in just three days, setting a new record for CAF and underscoring the tournament’s immense international appeal. Fans from 135 countries purchased tickets during the initial phase.

The second phase of sales went live at 14:00 local time (13:00 GMT) on Saturday, with hospitality packages available from 10:00. For the first time, supporters can purchase both tickets and premium packages directly through CAF’s official hospitality platform.

The hospitality program, operated by CAF’s official partner MATCH Hospitality, offers fans exclusive matchday experiences across all venues — including access to VIP lounges and corporate boxes.

The initiative is designed to provide an elevated experience for both local and international guests attending Africa’s biggest football spectacle.

Given the overwhelming demand, CAF and the LOC have decided to release an additional third of available stadium seats during this sales window.

During the initial phase, over 137,000 tickets were sold on the first day alone. Out of a total of 400,000 available tickets, prices range from 100 Moroccan dirhams ($11) to 900 MAD ($98), ensuring accessibility for a wide range of fans.

To streamline access and enhance security, CAF has introduced a mandatory Fan ID system, which can be obtained through the Yalla App. The Fan ID will serve as an entry pass to stadiums, fan zones, and even facilitate visa processing for international visitors.

The AFCON 2025 is set to kick off on December 21 and run until January 18, 2026.
