Ismaily will have to negotiate for points against powerhouse Zamalek in the Egyptian Premier League, without their influential trio.

In a high-stake clash on Thursday, Ismaily will play host to Zamalek at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium, in the seventh round of the Egyptian League.

However, Ismaily will have to battle for points without Abdel Karim Mustafa and Hassan Mansour due to suspension. Meanwhile, midfielder Mohamed Hassan is expected to miss the tie after failing to recover from injury.

The absence of the trio could affect Ismaily when they take on Zamalek, having established themselves as an integral members of the team since their arrival.

Ismaily have secured four points from the first six matches in the Egyptian Premier League, winning one and drawing just a game.

Currently, Zamalek sit top of the Premier League standings, accumulating 13 points from the initial six matches.
